Terms for using Archy (Jira plugin).
Introduction
This Terms and Conditions Agreement outlines the terms under which you may use Archy (a Jira plugin) developed by Architech.
By installing or using Archy, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
License grant
A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted to use Archy solely for internal business purposes, subject to these terms.
Use restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of Archy.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or attempt to derive the source code of Archy.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make Archy available to any third party.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintaining confidentiality of login information associated with your use.
Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Archy (including IP rights) remain with Architech.
This agreement does not grant rights to Architech trademarks or service marks.
Updates and support
Archy may be updated from time to time; support follows applicable support policies.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Archy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in the agreement.
Termination and governing law
Access may be terminated if terms are violated; you may also terminate at any time.
The agreement is governed by the laws of Croatia and EU, with disputes resolved in Zagreb, Croatia (as stated in the agreement).
